Deep dive into TRX foundational movements: Building upon the knowledge gained from the Level 1 course, participants will further explore and master the foundational movements of TRX Suspension Training. This includes proper setup and utilization of the TRX FORCE Kit, which allows for multiple anchoring points.
New exercises developed for tactical athletes: The course covers new exercises that have been developed based on the experiences of thousands of service members from different military branches. These exercises are rooted in the latest scientific research on functional training for tactical athletes.
Exercise modification and progression: Participants will learn how to modify exercise intensity to suit clients of various fitness levels. This skill is important for effectively challenging clients and ensuring they progress safely and appropriately.
