On this TRX Workshop we will look to demonstrate how our equipment and coaching philosophy can benefit both the player and coach in optimising performance, creating more durable athletes and enhancing the recovery process.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to choose and set up your equipment, plan and execute structured sessions, perform safe and effective sessions, and understand the thinking behind the design.
Attendees will leave this workshop feeling confident in creating sessions, as well as coaching to players.
