Privacy notice – UK GDPR

Catalyse Group Limited (“Buyer”) purchased [the personal training course business of Athletes Unlimited Ltd (in administration) (“Seller”)] on the 26th of May 2023 and we note that you are currently listed on Seller’s customer database for the purpose of receiving Strength and Conditioning Educations services.

Your personal data has been transferred to the Buyer for the continued provision of the said services. The Buyer will process your personal data fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the principles and requirements of the UK GDPR and, if applicable, the EU GDPR (collectively, the “GDPR”).

Under the GDPR, we are required to provide you with certain information about who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data.  This information is provided in our Privacy Policy and it is important that you read that information.
