The business has built a longstanding loyal client base through results and recommendations and nurtures a waiting list. Bronwyn is a pain-free performance coach and an advocate for strength training for all ages. Whether athlete or octogenarian, programming is designed for lifelong performance. Bronwyn has a special interest in women and older adults and manages to combine the professional standard of a strength & conditioning coach with the capacity to find ways of working around such typical troubles as niggly knees, hips, backs and shoulders.

The finalists will now go through to the next stage of the judging process where they will be out to impress an expert independent judging panel by showcasing first-hand the great work they do in fitness in the communities that they serve. The winners will be announced by Olympic medal winner and fitness expert Gail Emms at a glittering black-tie awards gala on Friday, November 27th at The Athena in Leicester.

National Fitness Awards’ event director Mike Hewitt said: “We have had a record number of entries this year – a true testament to the innovation and strength of the vibrant UK fitness industry… getting on a shortlist has been more difficult than ever this year and it’s a huge achievement for all those that have made the finals – truly the elites of the fitness world”

Bronwyn said: “I’m thrilled to be a finalist. Personal Training has the power to help people to find out what their bodies are capable of, at any age, and often most especially when it feels almost impossible to make a difference. I love my work.“
