People have been asking me to post videos of our stretching for a long time and I’ve finally got around to doing it!
This video has 6 of my favourite stretches that I use with a large majority of my athletes and clients.
Watch the video and try them out in your own training or with your athletes. One thing to remember which I think I touch on in the video is developing muscle range takes time. You have to spend time in those positions and when I say time, 30s just doesn’t cut it. You need to be spending minutes at a time working at a low intensity to actually develop increased range.
