Our Strength and Conditioning Courses have been developed by our CEO, Brendan Chaplin and his team of experienced coaches and tutors who have all worked within a Strength and Conditioning capacity for MANY years, so you know you’re in safe hands when it comes to the training you’ll receive. We want to create amazing coaches and the best way we can do that is by ensuring our course content provides you with the skills and tools you need. Our courses are also CIMSPA endorsed which means they’ve been given the CIMSPA stamp of approval.
