Today, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of a transformative product that delves deep into the art of breath work: “Introduction to Breath Work Level 1,” a collaborative endeavour between Strength and Conditioning Education and Flo2Plus, spearheaded by the visionary Michael Watts.  
 
Michael Watts, programme creator and CEO of Flo2Plus has spanned an impressive career to date and has worked at the highest level of human performance for well over a decade, including performance-based roles at English Premier League Clubs such as Aston Villa and Norwich City as well as at national team level with The England Women’s Team.  
 
He has worked with elite level athletes and brands from across the globe including athletes such as Jack Grealish (Man City and England), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich and England), Jill Scott (Man City and England), Anthony Joshua (World Heavyweight Boxing Champion) and Lindsey Vonn (Olympic Downhill Skier) amongst others and has lead human performance departments with brands such as Under Armour and Nike.  
 
He is supporting current premier league footballers, professional cyclists, boxers and swimmers as well as health professionals and corporate business leaders to maximise their human performance through breathwork.
