Banana protein pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop Vanilla or Banana Whey Protein
- 1 scoop rolled oats
Method

Grab yourself a non-stick frying pan and heat it on medium heat.

Take your banana and eggs and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Once smooth, add your protein powder and rolled oats to the mixture and continue to blend until smooth.

Pour a quarter of the batter into your preheated frying pan to make your first pancake

Wait around 30 seconds for the bottom to cook, then it’s time to flip the pancake and cook for a further 30 seconds. Repeat until you have 4 tasty banana protein pancakes!
Baby spinach omlette
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- large handful of baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
- half a diced onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
Method

Grab yourself a non-stick frying pan and heat it on medium heat.

Add a spray of cooking oil, then add your diced onion and garlic to the pan to slightly brown.

In a bowl, beat your eggs together. Once beaten stir in your baby spinach and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into the pan with the onion and garlic. Cook for around 3 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes
