Built to Endure Webinar: March 2024
The endurance strength analyst course is aimed at endurance sports coaches, strength and conditioning coaches seeking to work with endurance athletes and recreational endurance athletes, for example runners, cyclists and triathletes.
At the end of this course you will be able to identify your individual needs as an endurance athlete/the needs of your athletes with a movement screening that will be the platform from which you can begin to design a bespoke strength and conditioning programme. You will be confident in delivering the movement screening and interpreting the results to compare against baseline standards for endurance athletes. You will also learn how and when to use the movement screening adequately to monitor the development of your athletes.
You will be introduced to BUILT TO ENDURE’s joint-by-joint approach to building an endurance athlete with the ‘super six’ movement patterns needed and gain the knowledge and awareness that S&C for endurance athletes encompasses more than just legs!
Learn at your pace with lifetime access to the course and receive an Endurance Strength Analyst certificate once the end of course knowledge check quiz has been passed.
