S&C TV: Olympic Lifting Part II

S&C TV are back providing you with your weekly fix of knowledge in the form of engaging interviews and workouts.

Join us this week where Brendan and Sophie Wood demonstrate another great Olympic lift. This episode will show you how to perform a power clean and improve your starting position. If you are experiencing issues on where to place your hands and feet and struggle with your grip then this episode will be helpful to you.

Brendan shows Sophie wood how to execute back squats, stiff leg dead lifts, pull to catch and hang cleans efficiently.
