Yesterday I downloaded John Berard’s free ebook on intermittent fasting. Although I am biased in that I have studied under Dr Berardi and really buy in to his philosophy on training, I have to say that this is a quality product that would sell for £20,£30 even £40 without question. (I’m also biased in that I am a Yorkshireman, and I’ll have anything thats free!!)
If you are interested in nutrition, or looking to learn about ways to maximise your performance its well worth a read, even if you read it and decide not to go down that path. It’s certainly food for thought (sorry, really bad pun!!).
