I’ve been fortunate enough to spend many years working with young athletes and general population kids and without question it has been some of the best work of my career to date. The questions they ask, the energy they bring, and the FUN that you have as a coach is something truly special.
That’s why I wanted to create this Youth Strength and Conditioning Qualification to enable you to work with this fantastic population as well.
At the end of this qualification you’ll know exactly what to do and what NOT to do! You’ll learn how to put progressive and safe programmes together and how to create fun, engaging, productive sessions to really help people to develop their athleticism, but also improve their general health and well being.
