Here is the Fifth installment of my Whiteboard sessions where you can see illustrations of my various programmes and try them out if you want!
This one is a 2 day whiteboard programme that I put together for one of my netballers. This programme was aimed at reducing the load through the body due to previous injuries, whilst still achieving a solid strength training effect.
It’s actually quite a challenging 2 days which shows you don’t always need to be lifting with resistance to develop strength.
