STRENGTH CAMP FILLING UP!!
The STRENGTH CAMP on the 4th-7th of April has it’s first few places filled and I’m really looking forward to coaching on it. I’ll be sharing and coaching some of the new stuff I’ve been doing in the gym recently which should be fun!
One of the key qualities we are looking at developing and educating on is the topic of power development.
Here’s a brief tutorial on the subject (give yourself 9 minutes to watch this, it’s worth a watch and explains the subject pretty well I think):
The camp is 7 sessions of strength, power and work capacity in an 8:1 trainee to coach ratio. I’ll be coaching EVERY SESSION too and I’m looking forward to sharing some new stuff I’ve been doing with my athletes on this camp.
Don’t hang about if you are interested, I’m pretty sure it will sell out and there is no guarantee there will be another one anytime soon.
It’s cheap (£145 for 7 sessions until the 3rd March) and it only needs people to take 1 day off work to make it. Or local people don’t even need a day off as the sessions fit around work.
