When you watch any sporting contest very often the definitive moments occur when a moment of speed, power or movement skill is executed.
Think of breaking the line in rugby.
That flurry of punches ending the fight in boxing or MMA.
The run through the defence for the winning header in football.
Whilst we know that extreme levels of skill need to be possessed to make these moments happen they can be greatly enhanced and be a more regular occurrence when underpinned with high levels of strength and conditioning programme.
