Whiteboard Sessions # 6
Just before you start to panic thinking that I’ve forgotten you week with the whiteboard session here’s a good session that one of my interns Josh put together for our Women’s Rugby Union side.
Josh has done a great job with the girls and they have developed well this and last year through really good commitment to the programme.
This particular session is a basic total body strength session that to be honest most of us need from time to time. If you want to add in a 4th set for some of the movements go ahead and do it. But if you pick your loads well you probably don’t need to.
