The Whiteboard Sessions #3
Ok so here we go with another whiteboard session for this week.
So this session is one that I put together for my one and only PT client who’s goals are very much strength and endurance. With a specific focus on getting a solid sub 7 minute 2km indoor row. Along with some good gains in general strength too.
This session is one where the client in question returned for just this session last week. Hence it’s a good all round workout.

The row efforts are important here. You want to be aiming for a good start (ideally sub 1.45/500m consistently, then when you have 250m to go hit it hard with a real kick home. Rest for 2 minutes then go again.
