Strength Endurance Challenge!!
Check out this challenge. It’s a great measure of your general strength endurance, and for some people strength in general!
I should say before you do this that you need to have the ability to get into a deep squat position before you even consider this challenge! Do not do it if not, and make sure you set your spot stands at the height to catch the bar in the bottom position. Make sure you have a spotter for the bench press too.
I should also add, it’s pretty gruelling and good luck!!
