SNFTV #12: Clean and Jerk Complex
Last week I put out a little weightlifting barbell complex for beginners to help improve their weightlifting movement patterns. Click HERE if you missed it.
Anyway this week I’ve put out another complex that will help prepare you for a Clean and Jerk session.
So we know that the Clean and Jerk is a great way of developing explosive power, skill and co-0rdination in your athletes and clients.
This is a good way to warm-up for a session and ticks all the boxes in the RAMP sequence.
