SNFTV #12: Clean and Jerk Complex
Last week I put out a little weightlifting barbell complex for beginners to help improve their weightlifting movement patterns.
Anyway this week I’ve put out another complex that will help prepare you for a Clean and Jerk session.
So we know that the Clean and Jerk is a great way of developing explosive power, skill and co-0rdination in your athletes and clients.
This is a good way to warm-up for a session and ticks all the boxes in the RAMP sequence.
