Get the Basics Right: The Bent Over Row
Here are some coaching points for one of the most fundamental pulling movements in pretty much any S&C programme: the Bent over Row. I tend to use the bent over row to develop pulling strength but also for lower back and shoulder postural endurance and isometric strength which carries over well into your major movements such as deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts and cleans, as well as into your sporting movements, many of which need this postural endurance, especially under fatigue.
