Athletic Development Podcast: 4 Day Splits, Power Training, Cleans, and Much More!!
Nick and I got together last week and bashed a few topics out, answered some commonly asked questions, and generally talked over the profession and our plans for 2013 ending up with this Athletic Development Podcast. It’s a quickly boshed piece and we were both free styling throughout.
We covered 4 day training splits, power training, clean and jerks, getting into S&C as a profession, athletic development, and education all in about 30 minutes. There’s some books to get hold of in there too!

Nick and I have had this on the list to do for some time now so we’ll probably look to do a fortnightly podcast for this coming year if it is popular.
