Strength and Fitness TV is BACK! Neck Strength 101
It’s been a few weeks since my last video so this week I’ve got a few to share with you.
Today is all about Neck Strength.
We know that neck strength is important. It’s looking like neck strength is correlated with reduced concussions (see THIS article to support that statement).
It just makes sense to condition and strengthen this area. But are you doing a good enough job? It’s something that I have always done through wrestling and jiu jitsu myself but not paid enough attention to with other sports I’ve worked with.
Now we do work on it for all the collision sports.
