Strength and Fitness TV Episode 10: Hop Along!
In this episode of Strength and Fitness TV I have a netball athlete showing one of our hopping progressions. This is a tough one which should be built up to through doing hops without the hurdles, drops of low boxes and backup up with a solid strength/movement programme.
One of my interns James Dugdale started using this and I have adopted it since.
