S&C TV: Olympic Lifting Variations

S&C TV is here providing you with your weekly fix of interesting content and engaging topics in the form of interviews and workouts.

Join us this week where Brendan highlights a range of olympic lifting variations that will help improve your movement and strength. Brendan shows Sophie wood how to execute back squats, stiff leg dead lifts, pull to catch and hang cleans efficiently. If you are having difficulties performing these exercises, this episode will undoubtably benefit you. The exercises are also great for anyone involved in team sports.
