Whiteboard Session #8: Olympic Warm-Up great for Weightlifting
Here’s a little warm-up I took from the UKSCA Weightlifting workshop last weekend.
Nice and simple using an empty or light barbell to work through the movements thinking technique, posture, and positioning.
Do 3 sets of 5 reps of each of the movements either as a circuit or individual sets. The choice is yours.
This type of warm-up is great for weightlifting sessions. Throw in specific movements you’re working on keeping it short and sweet.
