Some good healthy food #4: Anyone for fish?
We all know the health benefits of having fish in our diet, very lean, good healthy fats in oily fish etc etc. But how many of us actually eat that much of it? (Not including the ones wrapped in batter accompanied with masses of starchy carbs by the way :).
I came across these 2 fish dishes by UK Sports Nutritionalist Matt Lovell and thought I’d share them with you. I’ve not tried these specific dishes yet but they do look mighty tasty! If you’re one of those people who just doesnt eat fish, then believe me try some of Matt’s recipes, they generally have the benefit of being ridiculously good!
