Here’s some good, healthy food for you plus an awesome clip of one of our Team GB Weightlifters squatting as a bonus in preparation for today’s Olympic opening ceremony .

The first is one of my favourite breakfasts: Protein Pancakes. For those of you who rule pancakes out as unhealthy, watch the video! This breakfast features heavily on my LEAN BODY CHALLENGE!
The second recipe is for some burgers that you can bang on your Olympic BBQ before the opening ceremony tonight!
The last video is a new 1RM PB Squat for Team GB Weightlifter Peter Kirkbride. Pete showed me this after his last session on Wednesday in Leeds and I promised to put it out. Pete’s a beast and this video shows it with a 3x bodyweight squat! (I still think I’d take him at wrestling though haha)!
Wishing all the weightlifters Pete, Gaz, Jack, Zoe and Natasha all the best for their Olympic campaign starting next week. I’m looking forward to watching the culmination of years of graft.
