Okay so this post is a guest post by my colleague David Stache. I first met David working with Alpha Fit where he is the nutrition editor and I was the fitness editor. I like his approach to nutrition as it is similar to my approach to strength and conditioning. Keep it simple, get the basics right before moving on, earn the right to progress.
