Information on your portal migration
Thank you for reactivating your account, within the next 5 days we will be migrating your account over to our brand new and updated online portal! Please do take a moment to read the information below as it contains important details relating to access to your courses.
What do I need to do now?
Nothing! Within the next 5 days you may lose access to the old portal, however please don’t worry as around the same time you should receive an email containing your login details and a link to the new portal where you will be able to log in and continue with your studies! If you do not receive this email (don’t forget to check your junk mail!) or if you struggle to log in to the new portal, please reach out to our customer services team at email@example.com and we will have this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
What will happen with any progress I have made on the current portal?
You will find all the same resources from the previous portal in your new dashboard, however they may not show as completed where they may have done before. You do not need to complete all of the work again, all you need to do is mark these sections as complete, using the ‘completed’ button provided. You do not need to re-take any theory exams.
Not all of my courses are showing on the new portal?
Over the course of the next few weeks, all courses will be moved onto the new portal, however this will be done in stages so not all of your courses will move over at the same time. During this period you may have access to both portals for different courses, however please bear with us, this will only be for a short time. Our aim is to give you access to all courses on the new portal as quickly as possible so that everything is all held in one place, making it much more clear and organised!
This should contain all the information you need to know, however if anything is not working or you have any other questions, please do contact us and we will help resolve this for you as quickly as we can.
I am unable to log in?
You should have received an email containing a link to the new portal and your login details. All you need to do is click on the link and enter these new login details to get access! If you have not received this email, please do check your junk mail as a starting point. If it is not there, please try the following steps:
- Visit us at https://strengthandconditioningeducation.com/
- Click on ‘Members’
- Select ‘Members Dashboard’
- Scroll to the course you are wanting to access
Level 4: If you enrolled after the 1st September 2020 or if you have received notification that you have now been moved over to our new portal, you will need to click on the ‘New L4 Sign-in here’ button. If you are unable to log-in it may be that you have not yet been moved across to the new portal, in this case please try logging in using the ‘L4 Pre September 2020 Sign-in’ button.
