Monday Morning Mantra…..
Monday mornings bring emotion to us all.
The thing is we have a choice over what that emotion is. Whether it’s that gut wrenching ‘I can’t carry on this way’ feeling that we’ve all experienced from time to time. Or whether it’s a drive to get things done type feeling.
You have a choice.
We all do.
So let me ask you some questions.
What do you WANT to feel like on a Monday morning (or a Sunday night)?
What do you feel like RIGHT NOW?
Is there a gap between the two feelings?
Most important question of all here.
Do you want that first feeling badly enough to make a change?
To close that gap.
Be honest with yourself.
If you do, then a change is required.
And here’s some more info for you. One of the key traits of TRULY successful people is that they ELIMINATE THE TIME BETWEEN THE IDEA AND THE ACTION.
In other words, don’t spend days, weeks, months thinking about things.
TAKE ACTION AND DEVELOP.
