1,2,3 Killer Triathlon Session
If you want to target aerobic development, try this little triathlon circuit using Treadmill, Rower and Bike. I’ve been using it with a client of mine recently.
I call it the 1, 2, 3 Killer Triathlon Session…
You’re going to do 1KM on the treadmill.
Then 2KM on the rower.
Then 3KM on the Bike.
As fast as you can.
Time yourself from the start of the run to the end of the bike.
Target is sub 20 minutes FOR ALL THREE! Let me know your best times!
