YOUR Lean Body Challenge Questions Answered
I’ve been sent a lot of reader questions in the last few days about the Lean Body Challenge.
If you want to sign up you still can, until Sunday night. It’s all for a great cause so GET INVOLVED by signing up to the mailing list on the website. You also need to read the post I put up a few days ago about it. Click HERE for this.
Here are some of the most commonly asked questions, and my answers to those questions:
1. How does the diet side of things work, do you send out a meal plan each week?
Yes there is a basic diet plan sent out for each week with some guidelines. You can create your own meals and this is part of the learning process. You can also purchase a copy of the cook book which will help you to make the specific recipes that are recommended as part of the challenge.
2. Will people who don’t want to use supplements still see a benefit?
Absolutely! Supplements are simply a way of getting more from the programme. There is no miracle formula unfortunately other than hard work and good adherence to the programme. 21 days is not a long time, just stick to the programme and do everything to the best of your ability and you’ll do very well. If you want to try to get that bit more from it then order the supplements package as well.
3. Are all the exercises doable at home?
Pretty much all the sessions just need you to have some space available to move. This can be in a gym, outdoors, or even in your home.
If you have access to the gym this is even better as you can use some of the equipment that is there.
4. Do I run sessions for people to do together?
Once of the best elements of the LBC is the community spirit that is apparent in the facebook group. This is where the best results are created and the physiques are built. You’ll feel part of something from day 1. As there are people from across the country and even internationally doing the challenge it is all done online as opposed to having sessions taking place in local venues.
By all means I would encourage you to do the LBC with a training partner or find people in the facebook group who are close to you to train with. You may get even better results doing this.
5. Is it accessible to everyone or only super fit athletes?
Without a doubt the LBC was created for everyone, you don’t need any level of fitness, just lots of determination to get through it. A lot of the lessons have been applied from training elite athletes, but believe me we have had every type of person you can imagine go through the process so you’ll be in good company whatever level of fitness you have! The main thing is you should have fun and enjoy the challenge.
Are you doing it? If so whats your main reason? Leave me a comment below and let me know. If not why not?
Have a great day,
