Okay so I know that the challenge doesn’t actually start until Monday but I thought I would just give you a heads up as to what’s going on this coming week and in general with the programme.
The challenge has come a long way since it started in January with over 250 people going through it which is awesome, and over £700 raised for the British Heart Foundation so far.

This next one is going to be even better and there are a couple of changes that I’ve made to this one too.
Firstly, it’s going to be 21 days instead of 28. I’ve got it down to the pure foundations and I’m sure I can get the same results in 3 weeks instead of 4, especially with the new resources in this challenge too! (Read more about these below:D)
Secondly, I’ve put together a cookbook and I’ve also just about got some key supplements ready for you to get hold of at a really good price that will help you in your quest to get super lean. I decided to put these together in response to people in the previous challenge. So you will have a comprehensive cookbook available and some KEY supplements. Because I’m not making much money on these supplements, and due to the initial investment into them, I’ve only been able to order 30 units of each supplement so the first 30 people to buy them will get them! It’s that simple! (it will be around £30 for the full supply for the challenge)
Lastly, the goals of the programme are for you to lose body fat and improve your health. It’s that simple- nothing fancy, just plain and simple stuff.
Anyway, if any of you have read my work in the past, you will know what I’m about. My philosophy is pretty much summed up in the following statement:Get the basics right, work hard, and you’ll get results.
The icing on the cake (excuse the pun and there won’t be much of that this next month) comes after you have mastered the basics. This applies to all the high performance athletes I work with as well as anyone in the general population. It also applies to all aspects of your lifestyle and performance including your nutrition, your training and your recovery.My hope is that as well as losing body fat and improving your health you will pick up some useable information to help you in your training programmes in the future too.You will still need to create your meals and innovate but my hope is that recipes will be posted in the group, and using the principles that will be outlined to you you can learn a lot about healthy eating, training and improving your lifestyle.
You will be using some specific strategies that I’ve adapted from some of the athletes I work with to shed some more fat and combining that with some good training to get you ready for that final day.
The programme will start on Monday the 28th May and finish on the 17th which is the Sunday morning.
One more thing. be assured , I’ll be with you every step of the way on this , you have all my years of expertise going into this programme, you cannot fail if you adhere and you’ll be delighted with the results I’m positive of this.
