Here’s some thoughts from viewers and workshop attendees, I got these through today!
“Another fantastic video from Brendan, this time focused on movement speed, agility and plyometrics. He has managed to get another top name in Duncan French. Duncan has been at the top of the industry for many years and is definitely someone who is worth learning from. In this video, Duncan explains the scientific background of speed and agility training before moving on to demonstrate how to apply these in a practical setting. The video covers everything from mobility to plyometrics and from coordination drills to multidirectional movement. Coaching movement, speed and agility is an area where most S&C coaches need extra help. Safe to say this video will soon become a must have resource for every S&C coach out there. Money well spent!”

“As someone who is at the very start of his strength and conditioning career the video really highlighted to me the importance movement training has as part of your athlete conditioning as its all too easy to get obsessed with the weights room. The video also helped give me some new ideas that I’ll try when I’m next out on the courts with my athletes as well as giving me further ideas on how to progress and adapt the method I already use. A really informative and interesting video, well worth a watch!”
Sam Bennett, S&C Intern and Student
“Getting the chance to learn from Duncan was an opportunity I could not pass up, and it did not disappoint. The workshop had a perfect blend of both theory and practical work, enabling us to see and experience topics discussed in theory sessions in a practical setting. It also covered the full spectrum of movement training, from warm ups to a variety of drills for various performance outcomes to cool downs. This workshop has become a very useful tool for me within my own coaching; I often refer back to my notes from this workshop when planning my movement sessions with my cricket lads. I look forward to hopefully seeing more workshops from Duncan in the future as I will definitely be there.”
