The second update is the CORE TRAINING CONSIDERATIONS WORKSHOP that I’m running on the 18th May. It’s a half day workshop with a lecture and practical format. I’ll be showing some of the core training stuff that we are doing in the gym with our athletes at the moment. I think it will be a good few hours covering high load core training, assessments, theory and background that you need to know, progressions from the ground up to full training to get your athletes super strong in the right places, and loads more.
The workshop is available for just £59 till the end of the day. It goes up on SATURDAY! Grab yourself a spot on it and come up and learn some stuff.
LASTLY, there are 2 or 3 spots available on the 3 Day Course in June. It’s running from the 14th-16th and is a level 3 qualificaiton in Strength and Conditioning Coaching for Sport. You come to the course, learn a load of stuff, and then apply it on Monday! It’s that simple! Then you come back and take a practical assessment down the line to get your level 3. A good weekend of learning with top professionals such as Ian Pyper (GB Boxing and Triathlon), Jared Deacon (UK Athletics/EIS), Tom Whittaker (GB Powerlifting), myself, and Tamas Feher (GB Weightlifting Head Coach).
If you want to come to the course jump on this quickly. It WILL sell out.
