Let’s start with why you train or exercise.
To get stronger?
To be faster? Leaner?
To perform better perhaps?
But what does that mean to you?
Why perform better?
Why sport and exercise at all?
What do you want from it? What does it mean to you?
What values do you place on your training?
Worth thinking about, especially for those times when you don’t really want to get in the gym!
How about coaching……
Helping people is fantastic, but what about yourself?
What does it give YOU?
Anyone who says it’s all about the athletes has not thought that question through properly.
Can you give your best to your clients if you haven’t considered your goals and purpose? What you want from it?
Above the usual ‘I love being in the gym’, ‘I enjoy helping people develop’ there’s something greater. Something that really drives us.
For me it’s being a part of something, being recognised for my small contribution is always nice, being able to influence and guide is massive. And it’s a big responsibility too.
Confidence from health and exercise is important for me too.
So what about you?
This is bigger than sets and reps, than winning or losing.
It’s about YOU.
So why do you coach?
Why do you train?
Drop me a message and let me know 🙂
