Here’s another episode of Strength and Fitness TV. This time round I have Louis Speight, cerebral palsy endurance athlete extraordinaire, showing off his shoulder conditioning routine.
I like this because it’s simple, and it’s tough!
A good one to put in at the end of a session, the tall kneel position is a real challenge in terms of posture and means that it’s harder to extend the lumbar spine making the whole thing a lot more challenge.
