I’m going ALL-IN
I love this concept of going all in.
Sticking your game on the line.
We’re all vulnerable when we’re doing our thing. It’s good to be in these situations. They challenge us and bring the best out.
I’m putting my game on the line this year. I have a book coming out very soon. Hopefully people will like it, but unquestionable some people will hate it. That’s a good thing. You can’t please everyone.
I’ve just partnered up with Premier Training International to deliver a 2 day S&C for PT’s course. Can’t wait for that.
I’m super excited for my International Conference the line-up has to be one of the very best the world has ever seen!
Lean Body Challenge revamped is out and about, and people are getting great results already.
Next week we have an exceptional Olympic Weightlifting resource out too. Wednesday it will be ready for you.
It’s been a good start to the year.
But for me it’s not how well these projects work it’s how we learn from them. How we improve and get better.
Mozart didn’t write amazing work on his first day.
Ronaldo wasn’t awesome the first time he had a ball at his feet.
We have to start things, put our game on the line, learn and then get better.
And people will always throw in feedback positive and negative. I think the trick is to listen to the person who matters the most.
Get going, make things happen.
Scratch your itch.
Build something you can admire.
