Strength and Conditioning Education join forces with The Hatton Academy
Strength and Conditioning Education join forces with The Hatton Academy to offer world class boxing and strength and conditioning education to each other’s students.
Hatton Academy offers two-day Boxing Fundamentals and Advanced Boxing certification courses for personal trainers and coaches.
SCE offer a pathway of courses including their industry leading Level 4 course.
Now both sets of students will benefit from the partnership.
Ricky Hatton had this to say about the partnership with Strength and Conditioning Education:
“Strength and conditioning is massively important to modern day boxing. There isn’t an elite boxer in the world who isn’t engaged in a strength and conditioning programme so to be working with SCE to improve the standards of boxing fitness is huge for my team as well as the standards of coaching in the industry in general.”
Brendan Chaplin, CEO of Strength and Conditioning Education said:
“Our Level 4 course has set the standard for strength and conditioning in the UK and we are delighted to be working with the leader in boxing education in Hatton Academy.
This is a true win win scenario in that our students will be able to learn boxing techniques and skills that are massively valuable to modern day trainers and coaches, and Hatton Academy students will have an opportunity to join our coaching courses and even to become a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. “
Blain Younis, Hatton Academy Head Coach recently enrolled on the SCE Level 4 course and stated the following:
“The course has given me new tools and skills to get the absolute best from my fighters. It’s also given me a much deeper understanding of coaching and S&C which means that I can get better results from my personal training sessions too. “
