With the interest in velocity based training increasing I thought you would benefit from a selection of recent articles that have been published regarding this subject.
If you are new to velocity based training you should read the articles and see how they could develop your training.
Your performance is influenced by various environmental factors including personal stresses. If these elements differ from each given day, your training goals will need to be adjusted. Ignoring theses circumstantial factors could mean your work out is not as accurate as you may think.
Velocity based training acknowledges your ‘readiness to train’ for the given day and adapts your session accordingly.
