Can I Get Stronger By Training Less?
We are very excited to announce that in this month’s edition of Men’s Fitness Magazine Brendan has written a great article. Their current issue is now on sale offering a redesigned new look, with a heap of fresh content.
Look out for this months release!
Brendan’s article, “Can I get stronger by training less?”, provides an insightful account of maximising your gains at the gym through focus and quality. Within the article Brendan discusses how to achieve growth with the smallest amount of work in order to ‘win at the gym!’
By keeping quality high and making very small gradual increases in training volume such as the odd set or rep you’ll give your body chance to adapt well for continual progress.
This will leave you with more time in your session to include a quality warm-up which will only add to your main session.
Warm ups are often rushed or skipped all together, in this article Brendan highlights some of his favourite exercises to include to ensure you are well prepared for your session.
Look out for this months edition and let us know what you think…
