I’m excited to release this podcast. Firstly, it’s the last in the current series of Ask Brendan.
I’m going to record the next series in September.
Tell me what YOU want me to cover? Any questions, any topics, any themes that you’d like to see me address that could help you in your practise. I’ll even give you a shout in the episodes when I answer your questions 🙂
But back to this episode.
It’s special because it’s about the NEW DAWN. I’ve written about this HERE before, so check that out if you’re interested.
The NEW DAWN is an exciting time to be an S&C coach.
It’s also a tough time.
That makes it more exciting as defining yourself becomes key, and this is a very cool process of self discovery.
Doing a great job is not good enough anymore.
You have to be remarkable.
That means you’ve got to be an excellent coach, but people also need to remark about your service, your care, your quality.
It’s something I was chatting to Paul Cook from Frontier Physical Conditioning about on the phone today, Paul is a long serving mentorship student of mine and is doing great things in Lincoln.
You can listen to my thoughts below or subscribe through ITUNES.
Let me know what you think of the NEW DAWN by leaving a comment below.
If you want to join the revolution, check out my mentorship programme, it’s pretty cool. Or you can sign up for the waiting list for the distance learning diploma which will be kicking off later this year.
