After my last post on stretching which you can access by clicking HERE, I thought I’d give you another couple of ways to stretch your hammies.
For those of you who don’t know there are 3 hamstrings, the biceps femoris, semi membranosis and semi tendonosis. When we stretch we need to hit all the fibres rather than just staying on one plane of movement which is where these 3D stretches come in very handy.
